How to Get involved
As well as repairing and refurbishing the buildings, the Worcestershire Building Preservation Trust project is designed to record and share stories, learning and inspiration from this fascinating project. We will be working with the Museum of Carpet as well as creating our own resources and we are keen to hear from people interested in getting involved.
Establishing learning opportunities with schools, colleges and universities are important to us and we need people to add to our list of volunteers. Opportunities for volunteers include
- work parties to clean-up the site before the building contractors start,
- learning about the project in order to host public open days on site during the building contract or
- to give talks to interested groups, and so on.
If you can help in these or other ways, please email to let us know
Becoming a member of the Worcestershire Building Preservation Trust could enable you to learn more and get involved in this and other similar projects in future. More details are available on the Worcestershire Buildings Preservation Trust web site.
